Very poor customer service, lies around delivery
Ordered Marciano bottoms for a Christmas present. Arrived faulty, returned as of correct process. Initially told these would be exchanged and we're dispatched in time for Christmas, then told there was a technical error and would be dispatched again, then told out of stock and would be refunded, minus the delivery fee. So staff were not truthful, out of pocket for faulty items, and the final straw is that these bottoms are still available on the sale site, disgraceful customer service. I look forward to a response as have proof of all correspondence and lies.

Following on from this and chasing boxraw, they finally responded and offered to provide me an alternative item at sale price, so thought I'd allow one more chance. Ordered a pair of bottoms,in stock in site, waited and waited again, again had to chase them and informed out of stock again!!!! Ordered a replacement through emails and again chased them multiple times, no response. So out of pocket again, no items, no response, no refund, even after previous experience, this is an absolute joke !!!!

I order from boxraw over a week ago and paid for expedited shipping. With three unanswered emails and a refund request I haven’t heard anything from this company. Though the items appear nice. I can’t recommend them because the customer service portion is absolutely garbage. Customer first is not their model.

Once I received my clothes - I immediately knew that this company is a keepers. The quality and styles of their clothing are impeccable and extremely me. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

My order was messed up due to high frequency of sales on Black Friday but they reached out to me and gave me the two options for store credits. I ended up getting a $65 gift card when my original purchase was only $40 something. Very good customer service in resolving issues! I will continue to order from this site. The quality is great!

Pros: Products are good. CONS: 1. Customer service is the worst out there, very unhelpful, massive delay in responding to questions. 2. They advertise and sell items they don’t have in stock. 3. The wait on paid for items are horrendous and frustrating plus they use Evri / Hermes which are the most terrible courier going. 4. All the 5 star good reviews on trustpilot must be produced by paid for reviewers or employees of Boxraw, because no way is Boxraw that good !

Unfortunately had a bad experience. I ordered some stuff on bf sale and then they did nt have it stock and i was offered a gift card for the missing items. Later they would nt even delivered all the promised items and inwas stuck with the gift card only. Most of customer agents were good though but this one name STEVEN is rude and ignorant. Felt frustrated

BOXRAW is not just a brand, it’s an experience. The quality and attention to detail is unmatched by most, if not all, popular apparel/athletic brands on the market. I’ve purchased many hoodies and gifted them to fellow gym friends, bodybuilders and Personal trainers that I know because I believe in this Brand. When one of my online orders were incorrect, BOXRAW customer service team handled it quickly and with professionalism. The error was corrected and my item was shipped immediately. If you want quality and appreciate a company that makes their customer a priority, BOXRAW is where it’s at.

So happy I was introduced to BOXRAW. The quality and design exceeds my expectations when I placed my first purchase awhile back now. I always get compliments whenever I’m wearing BOXRAW, especially the Lisa series (leggings/cycling shorts and bra set). My only ask would be to make more colors of the Lisa! Feels like butter. The apparel is top notch, too. Super comfy and always excited with any new release. :) Thank you to BOXRAW!

Top notch quality and service, my last order had one item the was not correct. I reached out and with 12 hours they got back with me and got the correct item shipped ASAP. Even let me keep the other item, I was it expecting that. BOXRAW best brand out!

What an incredible brand ❤️, such high quality clothing that you can feel , I recently purchased two tracksuits and I'm in love , onto buying my third this week, packages are sent out very quickly too which is a bonus.
Came across this brand only a few weeks ago and I've got to say it's not my favourite
